I kind of have that problem. My laptop doesn't let me go on WQ multiplayer and I do not know why I also do not know how to fix it but it might just probably because my laptop is a bit old.

Im the same user that posted this post, and to answer i whould say that i haven' tested multiplayer yet due to the WQ admins not answering my post be4, so idk OO ill look on youtube how to fix it for ya.
